Refund policy
This policy applies when you pay Route Hospitality Finance Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Route Hospitality Finance จำกัด), Tax ID (TIN): 0105104332181, for financial planning consultations or related personalized planning services for hospitality businesses. Fees and session formats are confirmed in writing before payment; this page uses standard market-consistent terms proposed pending business confirmation where your engagement letter differs.
Eligibility
Refunds may be available for prepaid consultation sessions that have not yet taken place, subject to the conditions below. Custom research or document packs delivered in final form are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within 14 calendar days of payment if no session has occurred, or within 48 hours before a scheduled session start time for partial cancellation credit. Late requests are reviewed case by case but may be declined.
Full refund
A full refund is considered when:
- We cancel a confirmed session, or
- You cancel at least 48 hours before the agreed start time and no preparatory work beyond scheduling has been performed.
Partial refund
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, up to 50% of the prepaid session fee may be retained to cover reserved time. If work has already started (data received and analysis underway), the refundable portion is reduced by work completed.
Non-refundable items
Deposits labeled non-refundable in your engagement letter, third-party costs we pay on your behalf, and completed deliverables are not refundable. No-shows without prior notice are treated as consumed sessions.
Process
Email info@serviceroutehub.click or call +66-53-274-691 with your name, payment date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days with approval or explanation.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, within 14 business days of approval.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is offered when you notify us at least 48 hours ahead and a mutually available slot exists within 30 days.
Consumer protection
Nothing here limits mandatory rights under the Thai Consumer Protection Act where applicable to your transaction.
